De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead and drive ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities:
— Manage full-cycle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery;
— Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and project scope;
— Support presales, contract negotiations, and project documentation;
— Oversee business process modeling, system configuration, and implementation;
— Lead project teams (15-20+ people), assign tasks, and monitor performance;
— Plan and oversee training, ensuring smooth system adoption;
— Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow;
— Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain quality standards;
— Ensure successful project closure and prepare final documentation.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of total work experience, including 1+ year in ERP project management;
— Successful participation in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation project;
— Experience managing teams of 4-5+ people;
— Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance & Controlling, Logistics & Production, HR Management;
— Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and consolidated reporting principles;
— Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Education & Certifications:
— Degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering;
— ERP system certification (SAP, SAS, Oracle, etc.) is a plus;
— Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.

Language requirements:
— English — Advanced (C1) (mandatory).

— Willingness to work overtime;

— Remote & office work available;
— Business travel required.
