Senior Test Automation Engineer / Practice Lead / Solution Architect (вакансія неактивна)

— 5+ years of experience with testing desktop, web, and mobile applications;
— Experience with setting up the testing process from scratch to full automation;
— Knowledge of popular automation frameworks like Selenium, JBehave, Serenity, Appium, Protractor, SoapUI, RestAssured, Karate;
— Proven experience with Java or C# is a must;
— Experience with building and managing a team;
— Fluent English, proven experience with communicating with enterprise accounts from the US or Europe.

— Certificates to prove your strong testing background;
— Good understanding of the QA processes and willingness to improve them;
— Demonstrated experience with continuous integration (Jenkins);
— Good communication and problem-solving skills;
— Prior consulting experience.

— Create automation testing mechanics and build the relevant processes from scratch;
— Participate in the meetings with customers and prove that DB Best has the skills and expertise they need;
— Deep dive into customers’ projects to discover possible spaces for improvement;
— Advise on all aspects of testing strategy including establishing metrics and applying industry best practices;
— Contribute to maturing of the overall quality assurance practice at DB Best, constantly raising the skills of the existing teams;
— Coordinate our internal QA efforts, develop new tools and processes to meet the goals, and interact with other DB Best teams.
