— 3+ years of experience in Tableau Server administration;
— Experience with loading data from non-Tableau sources (Excel files, SharePoint, etc.);
— Proficiency in working with access providers (Okta, etc.);
— Hands-on experience with connecting Tableau Server to other systems, for example, to Confluence;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Excellent communication and analytical skills.

— Strong background with different database servers;
— Experience with cloud administration on Azure, AWS, and GCP;
— Familiarity with administration tasks on Windows Server and Linux.

— Collaborate and communicate with the customer’s team;
— Research, test, and develop systems maintenance and upgrade plans for new technologies and versions;
— Improve the support processes, proactive administrative duties;
— Provide customers with recommendations for continuous improvement;
— Ensure efficient server monitoring and management;
— Set up systems’ monitoring and optimize their performance;
— Implement various tasks related to Tableau Server together with developers, systems administrators, and others.
