3-5 years of lead generation/cold email outreach/inside sales experience within B2B industry
2-3 years experience with CRM software, preferably Insightly CRM
● Experience with large databases, the ability to analyze them effectively
● Knowledge of lead scoring best practices
● Strong analytical skills and passion for using data to optimize processes and identify future opportunities
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively on all levels
● Excellent written communication skills — English is required
● Excellent organizational skills and team management experience
● Self-motivated & results-driven individual

Обязанности

● Team management & support, including organizational activities (new team members onboarding, vacation & sick leaves monitoring, annual salary & performance reviews)​
● Lead prospecting tasks assignment, monitoring, and control
● GDPR Blacklist update & monitoring
● CRM ownership — maintenance, update & cleanup
● CRM Playbook update, if changes are introduced
● Cross-team CRM support, including communication with Daxx developer to ensure smooth integration between daxx.com website leads and Insightly CRM
● Preparation of the team performance reports on a monthly & quarterly basis
● Stay current with best practices for lead generation techniques to maximize the incoming amount of leads

О проекте

As Head of Lead Prospecting & Generation you will be responsible for growing leads pipeline through outbound lead prospecting techniques and extensive cold outreach communication. You will be managing a team of 10 researchers and cold outreach specialists. This position is a part of the Marketing department and reports directly to the Marketing Director.
This function oversees and implements the best strategy for identifying decision makers within Daxx’ target audience in order to fulfill Sales pipeline. Your day-to-day routine will include tasks assignment and control, CRM maintenance & update, in-depth team support via Skype, emails, and cell, as well as extensive cross-team communication with Sales department.
