• Experience with developing and maintaining LAMP stack applications
• Solid PHP experience. Both using frameworks, but also with pure PHP
• Experienced in vanilla JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Comfortable with making Fullstack tech decisions
• Comfortable with providing and working against realistic time estimates
• Excited to have a big impact on a new company
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating in English through chat, video calls, and JIRA

• Help maintain and manage the product SaaS version of GrokSpark Messaging and Positioning Hub with new features, redesigns, and bug fixes
• Work with our other developers to get up to speed on the application and identify opportunities for immediate improvement
• Work with our Product Owner (US-based) to take mockups and functional specifications and some technical details and turn that into fully functional, supportable full-stack coding for new features
• Collaborate closely with our other full-stack developer (Ukraine-based) on technical solutions to stories, tasks, and bugs
• Test new developments for functional requirements prior to production deployment
• Be mindful of the performance impact of new features
