About the company
We are an Augmented Reality startup located in Zurich, Switzerland with branch offices in Berlin, Germany, and Chongqing, China. Out of our 15 employees, 7 are developers. We are hard at work developing our application platform — ‘sphere’. It is our ambition to grow ‘sphere’ into the de facto standard for B2B and industrial AR/MR, similar to what Microsoft Office has achieved in the business world.

Our revolutionary solution has not gone unnoticed. In late 2018, we raised 1.2 Million USD in funds during our Seed Round. Furthermore, the product already underwent 3 paid Proof of Concepts at companies such as AIRBUS.
We have a very motivated, skilled, and fun team. Being a startup, we work rather flexible and make decisions fast. Nevertheless, excellence in our work is the most important thing.
About the project
All developers work on our main product — sphere for which we have big plans in the future and therefore will continue to work on in the foreseeable future. All AR functionality of our product is based on Unity.
About the processes
We loosely follow a SCRUM process with daily “stand-up” meetings and larger weekly meetings. We organize the work in sprints. Tasks will be created and assigned to developers in Jira. We don’t use quantitative measures for performance assessment but rather qualitative ones (see requirements).
