Key Responsibilities:

LTV/CRM Modeling & Data Infrastructure

• Improve model accuracy and scalability as the business evolves
• Debug and optimize data flows to ensure reliability and reproducibility
• Build, develop, and maintain robust LTV and CRM models, data pipelines, and dashboards

Strategic Analysis & Insights

• Evaluate unit economics and the impact of product or marketing changes
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of anomalies and provide actionable explanations
• Proactively identify and investigate LTV/CRM trends and key performance drivers

Stakeholder Enablement

• Communicate findings and model outputs clearly to non-technical audiences, both in writing and live discussions
• Craft compelling data narratives that explain business performance, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver insights that guide investment and product decisions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science or Quantitative Analytics role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
• Experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning
• Strong ability to translate technical work into clear business implications
• Strong English level: ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to perform business modeling and conduct robust statistical analysis
