Our client is an AI-driven company revolutionizing biopharma research and commercialization. Our mission is to accelerate the development of lifesaving cures by enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis of complex datasets.
• Integrate structured & unstructured data sources to create unified, AI-ready data environments.
• Collaborate with AI & product teams to enhance data architectures supporting AI models.
• Ensure compliance & security in line with pharma industry regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
• Optimize cloud-based workflows for large-scale data processing.
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to align data solutions with business needs.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong background in designing scalable data pipelines
• Knowledge of data governance & compliance frameworks in the pharma industry
• Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills.
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience with LLMs & embeddings
• Integration with ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
• Experience handling unstructured data (PDFs, images)
