— Deploy and analyze cold outreach marketing campaigns
— Work on identifying new opportunities areas
— Communicate with the Sales Executives on the tactics and strategy of pipeline generation
— Work with the teammates to ensure their productivity and happiness.
— Build expertise across various industry segments
— Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders

As Outbound Team Lead, you will work as part of the Outbound team, leading a team of 4-6 research specialists and Sales Development Representatives. You will work closely with the SDRs and the sales executives within a specific region, helping them engage with more relevant prospects and generate additional sales pipeline while also contributing to building and developing the processes in the Outbound team.
