Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, success, and GTM to ensure brand/voice consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Manage the social media employee advocacy program to drive internal engagement and expanded reach.
Provides social media campaign performance analysis, communicates, and implements timely optimizations to drive results.
Manage measurement of key performance metrics including ownership of daily and monthly reporting.
Implement best practices, making recommendations on how to improve results; collect data and results to report to key stakeholders.
Take ownership of ensuring we are hitting weekly and monthly targets.
Expand sales and marketing teams’ understanding of social media and social selling.
