As a Senior Manager, Digital Ads, your job will be to lead the Digital Ads team to generate high quality leads for the sales organisation. You will be running various campaigns for different regions worldwide and collaborating with the conversion optimisation and SDR teams to make the advertising more efficient. In collaboration with the Operational Excellence team, you will be making your function repeatable and scalable. You will be constantly challenged to finding better ways to promote new offerings on the highly growing market.

Core responsibilities:
Lead the digital ads function including creating a strategy, setting targets, and building processes to achieve them
Plan and set up lead generation digital ads campaigns for different offerings and regions
In collaboration with the team, analyze the efficiency of campaigns and make the necessary adjustments
Collaborate with the conversion optimization manager, the content team, and SDRs to improve the efficiency of campaigns
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Meet or exceed assigned goals from marketing while promoting cooperation, best practices, providing assistance, and motivating others
Understand industry trends and show dedication to continuous learning on all professional fronts

Required skills:
4+ years of working with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
Track record of setting up and running lead generation campaigns in b2b
Campaigns optimization to increase sales funnel conversions
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Excellent verbal and written English
Experience in a management/supervisory role, successfully managing a team including the selection, training, supervision, guiding and evaluation
Commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking needed to thrive in a performance-oriented culture
Must be a self-starter, be comfortable with limited supervision, and have solid problem-solving skills
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines.

Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora, etc.
Experience in the machine learning/predictive analytics space
Experience in running campaigns for US, EMEA, APAC
Salesforce, Chart.io, Google Data Studio
A/B testing
Google Ads and Google Ads certifications

Google Tag Manager
