We are DataMix, an IT outsourcing company focused on web application development. Our talented team builds several internal products and robust applications for clients around the globe (primarily the US and the Nordic part of the EU).

We are on the market for 8+ years already.

Our average project stack includes JS, TS, Vue / Nuxt, Svelte / SvelteKit, Node, Express, Nest, and the standard technologies needed for full-stack web development.

Also we utilise Quasar for mobile apps development and Electron for desktop apps development.

Requirements

• Smart AI-assisted workflow: using AI for routine tasks, setting up project-specific rules, leveraging plan mode for thoughtful implementation. We are not looking for vibe-coders. AI is a tool.
• Strong ability to plan the technical implementation of tasks with performance, scalability, and flexibility in mind. We are not looking for developers that just getting things done.
• Solid, hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Vue and Experience with Svelte / SvelteKit is a big plus.
• Strong experience with Tailwind for CSS.
• Strong experience with Docker, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, and BullMQ on the back end.
• Attention to detail and a preference for doing things right over doing things fast. We are looking for a high quality performant code.
• Ability to read and effectively use technical documentation. Usually we treat this as a first step for anyone working with a new tool, package or technology.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness to find a long-term home, at least 2 years (ideally forever, people tend to enjoy working with us).
