Datagrok (datagrok.ai) is a product company developing a next-generation, no-compromises data analytics platform that will revolutionize the industry. Our proprietary technology lets us efficiently process datasets with tens of millions of rows in the browser, and interactively visualize them. It has already been validated by the biggest Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies, and we have very ambitious plans for growing into other domains. We have a need to recruit the best talent in multiple areas, including IT (system programming, data science, frontend, etc.) as well as people with informatics background in life sciences (cheminformatics, bioinformatics, etc).
Currently, we are a completely remote team, with some of the team residing in the US, and others in Eastern Europe. While recruitment will be your primary responsibility, as a first HR professional in the company you will have an opportunity to influence the company’s culture and set up processes and guidelines that will enable us to scale. There is a lot of room to grow, and many opportunities to assume more responsibilities and learn new domains.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
* General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
* Good spoken English
* Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player
* Self-driven and proactive
* Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
* Full cycle recruitment of technical, scientific, and managerial positions
* Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels
* Background checking
* Drive the onboarding process.
* Setting up HR and recruitment strategy
* HR processes (exits, compensations, events, etc)
