-Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT (software development, legal support to computer or mobile platforms, etc.), Intellectual Property law, and International contract law (English law mostly) is essential.
-Proven background in handling corporate/M&A, banking, and regulatory compliance issues will be advantageous.
-Proficiency in advanced English (C1 Level) is required
-A business-savvy, proactive mindset with the ability to foresee and address legal issues before they arise.
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Demonstrated self-motivation and self-direction, with an eagerness to accept accountability and navigate competing deadlines efficiently.
-Manage contractual responsibilities, including drafting and revising agreements, and facilitating communications with internal colleagues and external counterparties.
-Provide daily corporate and compliance support.
-Address employment-related legal matters across different jurisdictions.
-Conduct comprehensive legal research on legislation from various regions (including Ukraine, EU, UK, USA), and maintain up-to-date knowledge on laws affecting the company.
-Oversee the completion and submission of KYC and DD processes, including the preparation of relevant forms.
-Conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports for making a decision on further possible cooperation.
-Prepare and review a variety of documents for daily corporate operations, such as applications, letters, and confirmation of turnover balances.
-Perform legal due diligence and compile detailed reports to assist in decision-making regarding potential collaborations.
