4+ years of marketing or sales/digital communications experience
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent client service skills
Ability to approach problems with curiosity and comes up with creative solutions
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including near-native English language skills
Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM Software

Coordinate and plan activities in teams of
Lead various initiatives with DataArt global teams to improve lead generation process automation
Ensure timely and proactive communication on all matters
Discover new prospects via mass communication such as email and social media to introduce DataArt and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how DataArt capabilities will speak to those needs.
Complete ad hoc creative campaign projects depending on needs of management and the team

The Lead Generation Team Leader will coordinate team activities in the lead generation process, ensuring the team’s compliance with quality parameters. Strong affinity for systems & processes (refining /creating & implementing). Ability to inspire and lead by example is required.
