DataArt is currently helping a client to develop a modern communications platform. It allows businesses (retail, restaurants, cinemas, etc.) to interact quickly with their clients.
The system combines the functions of a call center (text messaging), payment service (online payment), registries (booking), and corporate media (sending out information about services and promotions).
It’s a highly reliable distributed system with high performance requirements, one of the key elements of which is the intelligent chat bots.
Companies don’t need to create their own mobile and web applications to provide services for their online clients. Furthermore, the clients don’t need to have separate apps for several companies installed on their mobile devices.
We are not hiring the specialist just for this project, but also for one of the companies of the global DataArt network. When the project is over, or if after some time you no longer are satisfied by the project, you can discuss transitioning to another project with the managers.
