Position Overview

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 27 years of experience, teams of highly trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

We are seeking an approachable individual to assist with event coordination and managing our internal database. You will provide support to both HR and PR managers. While this is an entry-level role, your contributions will play a key part in the development and implementation of HR and PR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR and PR functions and duties
  • Assisting our recruiters and updating our database
  • Assisting in organizing and executing of PR events, team buildings, meetings, etc.
  • Edit presentations and some documents as assigned
  • Providing overall administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid skills working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
  • Proactive and motivated individual looking to excel in a challenging environment
  • Ability to work under own initiative, and responsible
  • Good spoken English
