CLIENT

Our client works in the healthcare practice. The client has a digital primary care platform that is built for management and integration flexibility with partner organizations.

We are working with this client for more than one year. DataArt is the main vendor.

TEAM

The project team consists of 2 developers and 1 DevOps Engineer at the moment from DataArt’s side.

They are included in different client teams, the average project team consists of 10 developers.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The client is looking to expand their development teams by adding a well-trained, highly professional Azure DevOps Engineer (Azure — Cloud provider) capable of working under a real Agile methodology (Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Automation of infrastructure and software rollout using Azure DevOps pipelines, inclusive quality gates
• Design and develop Infrastructure with an IaC approach
• Design and develop automated scaling and failover
• Collaborate with different team members
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and counseling on how they could be applied to better the existing architecture
• Continuous improvement and testing of DR/BCP to ensure high availability

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Azure
• Experience in infrastructure design
• Broad knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management
• Basic knowledge of networks and experience in administering Microsoft’s On-prem infrastructure
• At least basic experience in MSSQL administration (On-prem and Azure)
• Experience in writing Powershell scripts and the ability to automate tasks in Azure
• Experience in migrating IaaS to PaaS
• Experience in building and designing CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps
• Experience in implementing monitoring and logging systems
• Experience in building development processes (SDLC), basic programming skills, and testing
• Good verbal and written communication English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, and confluence including API and scripting
• Azure certifications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
