  • Support users according to our operational procedures (Admins Helpdesk)
  • Timely research resolves, responds and troubleshooting to user issues/problems/questions Onboarding newcomers (laptops, accounts, VPNs)
  • Installing and Configuring Peripherals
  • Maintenance of technical documentation
  • Learning Security and Compliance best practices, antivirus checks

Must have

  • Professional graduate in an IT area
  • Experience in maintaining PC (desktop, laptop), diagnostics and replacement of hardware components
  • Basic knowledge of Windows or other OS (macOS, Linux)
  • Understanding the principles of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP/IP)
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10 skills
  • English: pre-intermediate, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
  • Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
  • Initiative, teamwork, ability and desire to work in a multitasking environment
