3+ years in Product Management (as a product owner, business analyst, or product manager)
3+ years working with software products, healthcare experience a plus
Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
Hands-on experience with multiple cross-functional projects programs, and portfolios, designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency
Experience with agile processes and tools, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira.
