Experience working as Product Owner
Demonstrated product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility and planning with development teams
Ability to engage the technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning and task estimations to support top business priorities
Experience in configuring the applications, workflows, processes and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools (Jira)
Understanding the end to end project context — BRD to deployment/releases on agile mode
Good collaboration skill
Good people management skill
Ability to track and manage multiple projects
Ability to manage team load
Ability to work under pressure
Insistency and ability to get things done
Availability for business trips
Good spoken English

Carrying out the functions of the Product Owner/Project Manager
Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog
Organize product delivery in a way that maximizes business value and effectiveness of development teams
Organizing effective interactions between the client and the project team
Work closely with the client team to gather requirements and setting operational and business tasks
Analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and business requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle
Forming the vision of the product in cooperation with the customer
Consulting with the client in order to choose the best way of creating the product
Managing the team up to 30 people

DataArt provides consultation and development of the software for the client in both areas of their activities: online sales and creation of the cross functional retail platform.

For this project, we need a versatile developer who is ready to move to the Polish city of Lublin and work from our local office. We will help you with the necessary paperwork, moving to the city, and settling into the new workplace.
