• Insure provision of full cycle of HR service to the IT business units, in close collaboration with companies Talent department
• Together with the business units’ leadership support implementation of business unit restructures, contribute to workforce planning, resourcing, ratio controls etc
• Drive and support of IT recruitment process
• Insure smooth onboarding process and adaptation of newcomers to the assigned teams
• Working with teams on improving quality of cooperation and business unit performance
• Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
• Assist in customizing of HR procedures to the specific needs of IT specialists and ensure they are followed by all employees
• Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives;
• Maintain performance review process. Support and educate business units’ managers with the people management practices
• Setup learning and development process according to the needs of IT professionals
• Together with the business unit’s managers identify gaps and build a succession pipeline for the key roles within the organization
• Analyze HR data and team feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
