About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Systems to join the client’s dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the IT strategy, lead a talented team, and drive impactful projects in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in IT, including 5+ years in management roles.
• Leadership: Skilled in leading IT teams of 35+ specialists, fostering motivation, and achieving results.
• Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, system administration, network architecture, database management, and IT security.
• Process Optimization: Proficient in analyzing and automating business processes across multiple departments.
• Tools & Systems: Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ITSM processes, and familiarity with SSO/IAM systems.
• Security & Access: Experience in implementing IT security policies, access management (RBAC, ABAC), and data protection.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop IT Strategy: Align internal IT services with business goals, maintaining and scaling infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, workstations).
2. Optimize Processes: Analyze and automate business-critical systems and workflows to boost efficiency.
3. Ensure Security: Implement robust IT security policies and collaborate with the InfoSec team to protect corporate systems and data.
4. Lead Projects: Oversee the successful rollout of IT projects, introduce new technologies, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
5. Manage Resources: Plan and control budgets for software, licenses, and infrastructure while managing IT assets and equipment.
6. Inspire the Team: Lead a skilled and motivated IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
