We are looking for a Recruitment coordinator/ Account manager to help with day-to-day recruitment activities at one of the biggest Data consulting companies in Europe. You would be a part of the great team and help to drive the staffing process, manage all recruitment processes across all company`s locations to ensure constant business growth. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
It won’t be easy as you will be overtiming but definitely very dynamic and interesting.
Responsibilities:
— Oversee the progress of staffing all open positions across all locations
— Monitoring candidates pipeline and ensure that teams are properly provisioned with the right talents
— Interface with clients and help manage and prioritize open positions
— Communicate with hiring managers about open positions, requirements clarification, etc. throughout process of closing each position
— Maintain weekly reports and providing updates for management and clients
— Working closely with Recruitment team be co-responsible for staffing results
— Improve existing staffing and resourcing processes for assigned delivery engagements
— Document process guidelines, define procedures, and communicate best practices.

— Experience working with different stakeholders
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Experience with calendar management and coordination involving multiple stakeholders
— Excellent follow-up and strong time management skills
— Analytical thinking and high level of attention to detail
— Ability to handle multitasking efficiently.
