We’re looking for this team someone who, above all, is willing to learn how to become the best growth strategist in the industry! This involves being very curious, having a desire to learn, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Sound like you? Good!

Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks would start with assisting the current CMO/CEO with all kinds of marketing tasks. Your job will be to learn to systemize them and optimize those tasks. Once you reached that level you will learn how to manage teams and continue growing the marketing department:

• Manage and systemize ambassadors & affiliates
• Systemize conversion rate optimization
• Social media management
• Product improvements
• Learn copywriting basics
• Weekly reports

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience in Marketing
• C1 English level
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Creativity
• Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to BS and have fun
• An understanding of e-commerce is a big plus!
