We are looking for Junior Recruiter/Recruitment coordinator to strengthen our Recruitment team and assist with with day-to-day recruitment activities. You would be a part of core recruitment team, that drives the staffing process and help Recruitmetn Lead to manage recruitment processes to ensure constant business growth. It won`t be easy but definitely very dynamic and interesting.
Responsibilities:
— Drive full cycle recruitment process and successful closing of our vacancies;
— Build relationships with customers as you`ll be directly involved in communication with them;
— Maintain and track candidates in ATS and ensure all SOPs are being followed;
— Monitoring candidates pipeline and ensure that projects are properly provisioned with the right talents;
— Maintain weekly reports and providing updates for management and clients;
— Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
— Document process guidelines, define procedures, and communicate best practices;
— Fulfil other tasks assigned by the Head of Recruitment.
Requirements:
— About 1 year of experince as IT Recruiter;
— Understanding of modern IT landscape — major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks;
— Experience with calendar management and coordination involving multiple stakeholders;
— Excellent follow-up and strong time management skills;
— Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
— Good communication skills in English (Intermediate+).
