What your mission will be
As a Sourcer it’s your mission to turn people into candidates for our clients. To achieve this, you will closely work together with your team of Sourcers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to fully understand the needs of clients and find the right candidates for them.
You are constantly looking for new ways to find and engage with candidates and stand out.

As a Sourcer you will be working a different kind of roles with a strong focus on tech. You will be measured based on both the quantity and quality of the output that you are able to generate for our partner clients. Their clients should be impressed by the candidates you are able to find. The criteria for the quantity and quality will differ per client and the role you will be working on.

They are currently working with their clients on 3 different models:
1. Sourcing as a Service — (tech) sourcers work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
2. Recruitment as a Service (RPO) — (tech) recruiters work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
3. Remote hiring — they help companies hire remote tech talent based on their time zone, tech requirements, salary expectations, and payroll & compliance preferences

🗓️ What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes our partners expect you to hit
Your first month Welcome! You will go through an intense onboarding process to understand their way of working. At the end of the month you will be working on one ore several roles for clients.
In your first weeks, they will make a 30/60/90 day plan with company goals but also your personal development goals. You will have learned how to scrape data, how to automate part of your outreach and how to find hidden talent on platforms like Upwork, Twitter and MeetUp.
You will be fully up and running and several of your candidates that you were able to find will be in the final hiring stages at their clients. You will have weekly 1 on 1’s with your manager to discuss your progress and your personal development goals. Based on the roles you are sourcing for they will establish what your goals are.
Three months in already! Time flies. Your targets will be set based on the roles and clients you are working with. Our partners will push and challenge you to make sure that their clients are as happy as they are with you. Next to your daily work you will be involved in the onboarding process of new sourcers and tell them all about the tips & tricks you are using in your daily work and help them to become as successful as you are!
Depending on how quickly you have grown our partners will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will work for several clients, manage one or more jr. sourcers and work on the more difficult roles.
You actively share your knowledge on sourcing on social media and will help you to grow your personal brand in the sourcing community as well.

Wow! One year! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will have worked for some of the biggest tech companies on the planet, seen the whole of our partner’s team on their yearly offsite (somewhere warm!), you are involved in onboarding and training new sourcers and your clients are happy with the results you deliver. They will also discuss when and if you are able to make the next step in your career.
