They are a major driving force behind such open-source projects as Apache Cayenne, Bootique.io, Agrest, and a number of others. They have clients in the US, Australia, and EU. They work with the National Hockey League, Wikipedia, and other great companies.
Currently, they’re searching for a talented mid-to-senior Java developer to join the core product team. These technologies power critical search apps at thousands of businesses worldwide both large and small — including Netflix, IBM, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other household names.
They are looking for a number of mid-to-senior Java Developers to work as a part of the product team on their core product. While not strictly required, experience in either search tuning (Solr, Elastic) and/or distributed messaging (Apache Pulsar or Apache Kafka) will be great.
Must have skills
- 3+ years of real-world software development in Java 8 or above
- Experience with concurrent programming and distributed systems
- Clean coder / writes code that can easily be fully unit tested
- Java/JVM debugging experience
- Ability to implement large features incrementally
- Good communication skills
- Understands and embraces good software engineering principles: “separation of concerns”, abstractions/modularity, incremental development, consistency, etc.
