— 1+ year of experience in IT sales as a lead generation specialist or an SDR with proven experience of successful lead generation campaigns;
— Understand the full pre-&sales cycle;
— Be up to date with the latest sales trends;
— Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.

— Lead outbound sales: active search for new clients on different resources/platforms and qualify them;
— Perform and keep KPIs;
— Define and set up the process to increase the number of prospects sent to the engagement stage;
— Communication with prospects, and creation of outreach sequences;
— Analyze the performance of the outreach sequences and conversion rates. Improve sequences based on analysis;
