As an aspiring HR Manager in our company, your responsibilities will include the following:
— Developed communication and negotiation skills;
— Flexible and diverse approaches to communicating with different people;
— Effective conflict resolution;
— High level of emotional intelligence;
— Understanding of HR processes and procedures with the ability to
understand business issues and strategies;
— Ability to work with HR analytics;
— In-depth experience with online documents;
— Effective multitasking and ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment;
— Experience in conducting 1-on-1 meetings, onboarding and exit interviews;
— Ability to build strong relationships with team members and work in a team environment;
— Attention to detail, self-discipline and openness to sharing and receiving feedback.
Your skills & qualifications:
— A university degree in Psychology is desirable;
— Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or higher;
— Certificates in HR management are required.
