We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of excellent time management,
organization skills and also has experience establishing similar guidelines for
their team.

You are also detail oriented and results driven.
You are able to, and enjoy, working with multiple teams across locations, have
good communication and interpersonal skills.

You have knowledge of how working in short, agile, iterative development
cycles.

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

— Oversee multiple projects across diverse industries, each with varying
levels of complexity and required involvement;
— Conduct detailed analysis and investigation of project scope and
requirements in collaboration with the technical team;
— Estimate project timelines and budgets based on team members’ rates and
involvement;
— Define the necessary project team composition based on project
requirements;
— Provide clients with solutions based on thorough technical investigations
of business needs;
— Participate in pre-sale and kick-off meetings with customers and technical
teams to align project expectations;
— Create and structure backlog tasks and sprint scopes based on priority,
ensuring adherence to deadlines;
— Develop clear and transparent documentation for project requirements
and scope of work;
— Develop project plans, monitor and track progress by setting measurable
project performance metrics with the use of appropriate tools and
management techniques;
— Obtain customer approval for the defined scope of work;
— Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within
scope;
— Manage changes and update requests, clearly communicating their impact
on timelines and budgets;
— Monitor and report on team performance;
— Track employees reports;
— Optimize utilization of billable and non-billable hours and employee
resources.

Your skills & qualifications:
— Knowledge of best practices, processes and SDLC;
— Analytical mindset for identifying and proposing optimal solutions based
on customer needs and company profitability;
— Good track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented and able to
work within agreed upon timelines;
— Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and
promoting a teamwork mentality;
— Upper-Intermediate English level (reading, verbal and written).
