We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Requirements:
-Good selling skills
-Good technical knowledge
-Upper-intermediate/Fluent English
-A keen interest in IT issues
-Previous experience with marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn will be a plus
-Previous experience in management of Sales in CRM systems;
-Client-oriented approach, ability to understand clients needs;
-Presentation skills
-The ability to write reports and proposals
-The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
-Negotiating skills
-The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.

-Searching for potential customers of the service (lead generation) according to the specified criteria.

-Organisation of presentations to clients;
