Your mission

As an Event Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our space. Your mission is to transform Daos Hub into a high-energy platform where every workshop, meetup, and panel discussion is executed with clinical precision and a “wow” factor. You aren’t just checking off tasks; you are crafting experiences that drive resident satisfaction and elevate our brand within the global Web3 ecosystem.

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

• 0–30 Days

Dive deep into our 6-stage event flow. You will master our internal ecosystem, get to know our preferred vendors, and begin co-managing mid-scale events under the guidance of the Event Lead.

• 31–60 Days

You will scale your portfolio to independently manage 10–15 events per month. Your focus will be on service excellence, proactive communication with residents, and flawlessly handling logistics.

• 61–90 Days

You will fully own the operational cycle for your events. You’ll start identifying workflow gaps, suggesting creative event formats, and contributing to the hub’s growth through upsells and partnership support.

How You’ll Contribute

• Lead the practical coordination of events—from setting up the physical space and managing AV/Livestream technicals to attendee registration and post-event breakdown.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers. You will translate briefs into commercial offers, manage expectations, and identify “upsell” opportunities to add value to their experience.
• Source and coordinate external suppliers (catering, AV, decor). You’ll negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality-to-cost ratio while maintaining Daos Hub’s high standards.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, manage individual event budgets, and produce post-event reports summarizing attendance, feedback, and key insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with the needs of our Web3 residents, fostering an environment of networking and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in event management (experience in Tech hubs, Coworking spaces, or high-paced agencies is a major plus).
• A “hospitality-first” mindset. You understand that the difference between a good event and a great one lies in the details and how you make people feel.
• Proficiency in event management tools (CRM, project management software) and a solid grasp of AV equipment and live-streaming setups.
• Fluency in English (C1/Advanced). You are a confident communicator who can pitch a commercial offer and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• The ability to multitask across 15+ projects a month without losing your attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in Web3, blockchain, and the future of technology.
