🎯 Your Mission

As a Chief Financial Officer at Daos Hub, you will design and lead our financial strategy to ensure long-term sustainability, regulatory alignment, and scalable growth. Your contributions will directly influence our operational excellence and support a thriving ecosystem of innovators.

🧭 Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

In your first three months, you’ll:

• Audit and optimize existing financial operations, structures, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Implement a robust FP&A framework, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Define and initiate the execution of a compliant legal and financial structure to support our international expansion and tokenized operations.

🛠️ How You’ll Contribute

You’ll take ownership of:

• Directing and managing financial operations across several legal entities in the UAE and other international jurisdictions.
• Overseeing accounting, budgeting, treasury, and reporting functions.
• Building investor-ready reporting structures, including scenario planning and performance dashboards.
• Leading external audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings, with a special focus on UAE standards.
• Managing key relationships with banks, payment providers, legal/tax consultants, and crypto advisors.
• Partnering with leadership to model revenue strategies and validate financial assumptions for new ventures.
• Leading and scaling the finance team, including oversight of outsourced partners.
• Enhancing automation in financial processes and implementing strong internal controls.
• Overseeing asset management, lease/licensing obligations, and inventory procedures.

💡 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
• Proven success in fast-paced startups or high-growth tech companies (ideally Web3 or blockchain-focused).
• Expertise in managing cross-border operations and diverse jurisdictions (EU, UAE, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of the UAE financial regulations, tax compliance, and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated success implementing scalable financial systems and controls.
• Experience leading international remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certification.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
