JOB REQUIREMENTS:
— At least 1.5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT industry
— Experience in filling senior and/or executive level vacancies and negotiating complex compensation packages
— Strong empathic abilities and good understanding of candidates’ drives and motivators
— Demonstrated learning agility, strategic flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
— Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
— Pre-Intermediate English

— Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
— Find, engage and activate passive candidates that meet all DA-14 minimums and standards for the position -
through a matching technique
— Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
— Conduct in-depth interview of potential candidates
— Drive offer process
— Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
— Assistance and participation in event management
