JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1,5 + years’ experience as HR Manager / HR Specialist / HRBP. Experience in the IT industry is a plus, but not a must
• Strong empathic abilities and good understanding of candidates’ drives and motivators
• Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and organizational skills
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Pre-Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full-cycle of talent management process

• Retention Risks Management;
• Assistance in making key Management decisions related to personnel;
• Work with analytics and key HR metrics for continuous process improvement;
• Optimization and leading of the performance review process;
• Supporting the process of Individual Development Plan creation and implementation (regular discussions, track of the progress, follow up to Management)
• Optimization of the onboarding process;
• Reducing employee turnover;
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to talent management that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
