Middle Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

— 2+ years related experience in the software development company
— Experience of creating technical documentation and requirements gathering
— Understanding of SDLC and appliance of project management processes on its each stage
— Experience with preparing project proposals for web and mobile projects (duration, estimation)
— Experience working directly with customers, helping clients turn their ideas into a workable product
— Understanding and practical usage of different development methodologies
— Experience using task tracking systems, ideally JIRA
— High level of responsibility, adherence to deadline
— Experience managing teams of 3+ people
— Good negotiation skills
— Ability to do various tasks within multiple projects
— People management, conflict resolution
— Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills
— Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
— Professional written and spoken English — at least upper-intermediate

— Experience working with sales teams to sell the product vision
— Experience working with distributed teams
— Technical background
— Scrum Master or other Agile certification
