— Successful experience as IT Business Development Manager no less than 4 years
— Knowledge of sales tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM;
— Understanding of world outsourcing markets and trends;
— Passion for sales and solution selling, solid leadership and teambuilding presence;
— Successful market research and lead generation experience;
— Experience of pitches, presentations and roadshows;
— Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability;
— Experience building sales/marketing team, people management experience;
— Excellent English.

— Identify and develop new sales channel opportunities and generate new business accounts;
— Take part in sales department strategy development and align it with the general company vision and goals;
— Build and manage sales team and processes
— Manage the full sales cycle including proposals;
— Generate leads and attend meetings;
— Manage sales pipeline on Hubspot;
— Track and report project sales opportunities and interface with others on project pursuits;
— Occasional travel, as needed.
