About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and launch of our SaaS product on AppSumo or similar platforms. You will work with Ruby on Rails and React to build and optimize our product, ensuring smooth integrations, automation, and scalability for high-traffic sales events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in full-stack development, , data management, and API integration.
• Proficiency in React.js.
• Experienced in resolving UI/UX bugs, improving front-end performance, and ensuring intuitive user flows.
• Experience using AI tools to automate code improvement and accelerate bug fixes.
• Proven experience launching and managing SaaS products on AppSumo, PitchGround, or similar deal marketplaces.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation to handle deal purchases, license management, and user onboarding.
• Understanding of subscription models, lifetime deals (LTDs), and pricing strategies for deal platforms.
• Experience with database optimization, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, cloud services (AWS, GCP, oHeroku or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, user guides, and demo materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a full-stack SaaS product using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Set up and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and integrations for AppSumo or similar platforms.
• Automate user onboarding and license management using APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure system stability during high-traffic sales events and optimize performance.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to align technical implementation with business goals.
• Monitor and improve product performance based on customer feedback.
• Implement best security practices to protect user data and transactions.
