We are looking for a strong and ambitious Sales Manager who can set up an effective sales process.
A person at this position has a good career opportunity — to create a sales department and run it productively.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in a B2B software company (Upwork, Linkedin)
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to present in public
• Responsible, positive, and proactive attitude to work
• Experience working with CRM and keeping the client’s data up to date
• Experience in making messages sequences that attract clients
• Educate prospects on the value of the company by demonstrating our competitive differentiators and our capabilities
• Experience in managing complex sales processes that requires multiple touches through different channels (LinkedIn, email,) would be a plus
• Marketing campaigns management would a plus
• Account management experience would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• CRM system management
• Manage and scale up the sales processes
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new customers proactively and efficiently through different channels including phone, email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), etc
• Come up with outbound lead generation campaigns to improve the company’s brand name and target new prospects
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
• Report on a results to the manager
• Meet or exceed expected upselling and renewal sales milestones
• Responsible for the full cycle of sales starting from lead generation up to deal development and closing
• Future account management with full delivery team support
• Growing up existed customers’ relationships and upsale
