What You Will Do:
— Communicate and provide world-class customer service via chat and email for the company products on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. No phone calls over here!
— Ensure excellent customer journey;
— Handle and resolve customers’ queries & provide reliable information that are related to our software;
— Troubleshoot software-related issues;
— Provide fast feedback about the software issues;
— Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;
— Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates;
— Assist with billing requests.

What We Expect:
— English Level — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) with strong speaking skills;
— Experience in maintaining Windows/MacOS;
— ​​Experience in application troubleshooting, tech support and multi-tasking skills;
— Ability to work day/ evening / weekend shifts;
— Eager to learn and adapt fast;
— High level of customer-centricity;
— Stress tolerance and decision-making;
— Helpful personality — we want our team to practice what we preach — being there to our clients and each other;
— Driven and motivated mindset;
— Proactiveness.
