We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us build and improve Atlassian Marketplace apps used by companies worldwide.
You will work across the full stack — from designing UI features to implementing backend logicand integrating with Atlassian APIs. This role goes beyond writing code: you will participate in product discussions, feature design, and improving the user experience.
About 70% of your time will be focused on developing new features , while
around 30% willbe dedicated to bug fixing, maintenance, and refactoring
to ensure our products remainstable, reliable, and maintainable.
You will also occasionally communicate with customers to understand their needs and helpresolve technical issues. Your feedback will directly influence how our products evolve.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain Atlassian Marketplace apps
Build features across frontend and backend
Perform bug fixing, refactoring, and general maintenance of existing functionality
Work with Angular, Java, and Atlassian APIs
Help refine product requirements and technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues
Continuously improve product quality and performance
Requirements
4+ years of experience in web development
2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
2+ years of hands-on experience with Java
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
English level B2 or higher
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
