Junior IT Support Specialist (Kyiv Office)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kyiv. This is an onsite position where you will provide first-level technical assistance to corporate users, ensuring stable and secure operation of IT systems.

Location:

  • Ukraine, Kyiv

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT support/help desk (corporate environment preferred);
  • Basic technical certifications (A+, Networking, MCP, etc.);
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset;
  • Experience with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems;
  • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, cabling, connection checks);
  • Good communication skills in English and Ukrainian

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network issues;
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets (Active Directory);
  • Support Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Drive);
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments;
  • Configure and support VPN and remote access;
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi);
  • Ensure basic IT security measures (antivirus actions, incident handling);
  • Log and track all support activities in Jira
