Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for an experienced MS CRM Team Lead (PM/BA) who will oversee the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, drive project execution, and lead a cross-functional team of consultants and developers. This role combines team leadership, project management, and business analysis responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Spain

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience in leading teams and managing delivery processes.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Solid understanding of CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and Power Platform is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Previous consulting or enterprise project experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Team & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of MS Dynamics 365 CE consultants, developers, and QA engineers.
• Manage workload distribution, task prioritization, and performance monitoring within the team.
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Support talent development and foster a collaborative team culture.

Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.

Business Analysis

• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Validate feasibility, assess impact, and recommend the best approach based on Dynamics 365 CE capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance requirements.
