We seek a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of global Salesforce and adjacent technology implementation for a major client in the Fintech industry.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in global, multi-country deliveries, preferably within the Fintech industry, with Salesforce, CRM and/or Mobile implementations;
  • Excellent communication, team, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies;
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Preferred:

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM, mobile solutions, and best practices for global implementations;
  • Experience with global template design and rollouts;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple country-specific implementations while maintaining the integrity of the worldwide solution;
  • Participation in presale activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce and adjacent technology, facing our client and their teams;
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to create and fulfill comprehensive project plans, including budget, scope, staffing, phasing, risks, stakeholder analysis and lines of communication;
  • Facilitate ceremonies or meetings/calls required by delivery methodology e.g.: Scrum ceremonies, SoS or SAFe meetings;
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the steering committee;
  • Clarify, negotiate and implement project and/or delivery plan changes, based on steering inputs, management decisions, delivery team and/or other stakeholder inputs;
  • Keep track of the project budget, ensuring the best possible utilization of project’s resources.
  • Follow the guidance of the company’s PMO and CoE fulfilling “green” delivery and striving for customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s global standardization goals;
  • Possibility of facing the client in person during business trips in the EU and US several times a year.
