We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead with LWC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Understanding of limitations of SF platform
  • Great knowledge LWC
  • Great knowledge of Apex
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Dev Team Lead
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, customization as needed
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive Salesforce initiatives and support business objectives
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
