About the project:
Our client is a big international pharmaceutical company.
Location: EMEA (remote, no need to travel).
Scope:
- Program scope for Finance SAP4Hana implementation includes A2R, I2C, P2P, eMP, Tax, Statutory, Treasury workstreams.
Previous experience and capabilities:
- Proficient in all levels of test phases with profound SAP FICO / SAP S/4 knowledge to successfully support delivery across all test phases.
- 10+ years of experience in testing across all test levels.
- 5+ years of experience with Finance processes.
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools like JIRA/X-Ray.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues.
- Leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong stakeholder management.
- Experienced in developing SDLC documentation. Values and understands the importance of documentation and knowledge management.
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
- Strong knowledge of Finance S/4HANA.
- Good expertise in testing.
- Impact & influence — have a strong voice to tell partners about risks as soon as possible.
- Experience with audits.
- You will be responsible only for S/4HANA and test execution experts (2 people from Deloite for P2P, and 4 for ATR). You will work with testers GSCC from J&J, business process owners, and technical product owners.
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Lead Test execution team to complete testing and cutover activities (size of the team — up to ~15 roles).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing/cutover progress, flag and mitigate the risks for Go live.
- Define and drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate and speed up testing/deployments.
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
