We are looking for highly motivated Engineering Manager, SAP or Microsoft direction. On this role you will combine technical knowledge and management experience to work on improvement and expansion of the department

Responsibilities:

Technical

• Contributing to the quality standards on a practice level
• Ensuring technical supervision of quality standards in the project to be followed by each team member
• Launching new specialties upon business demand

Pre-sales

• Active participation in pre-sales activities
• Ensuring technical feasibility of the solution, commitment, and estimations within the pre-sales process
• Ensuring successful conversion of ops into projects in compliance with company standards and best practices

Talent Growth

• Building an effective organizational capacity of 50+ employees and managerial structure in the engineering group
• Supporting interactions between engineering/resource group and other units, shared services within the company
• Promoting company culture and image within engineering groups, external candidates and employees
• Optimizing and maintaining pool structure to support resource group development
• Developing and realizing long-term plans for engineering group development according to the company strategy

Qualifications:

• 10 + years in SAP or Microsoft direction
• 4+ years of management experience
• Technical background
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
