Qualifications

• Strong experience with Talend 2+ years (Informatica and/or DataStage experience is preferred)
• Experience in Data Warehousing is a must
• Strong English communications skills — both oral and written
• Design and develop robust ETL jobs by integrating data from multiple data sources — SQL-like, NoSQL, Flat files, cloud systems (as a source and target), AWS Redshift salesforce, etc.
• Consolidate and help standardize data integration efforts across multiple data sources and destinations
• Develop ETL specifications, source to target mappings, and other documentation required for ETL development
• Design, implement, test, and roll-out out facts, dimensions, and data marts, including the development of proof-of-concepts
• Develop /Maintain/Support new and existing data flows from multiple source systems
• Develop views and ad hoc scheduled SQL queries to analyze data, produce exception reports, validate data, and as required by the functional team
• Create ETL solutions using data warehouse design best practices, such as Star-Schema design and Change Data Capture, etc.
• Assist in the design and creation of logical and physical data models for reporting databases
• Integrate, collaborate, and lead projects, working hand in hand with Business Analysts, the Data Warehouse team, DBA, and the infrastructure team. Work with functional team to assist in the preparation of source to target data maps
• Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI) is a plus
