You will be interested in testing a software platform to provide flexible functionality for biometric identification KYC, document issuance, and others, the solution will be integrated with third-party systems, biometric equipment, and other equipment such as self-services Kiosks, e-Gates, devices for biometry enrollment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with globally distributed Product Management and Agile Development teams to deliver the quality of the developed product;
- Provide review and testing of functional and design requirements to be able to provide detailed test scenarios;
- Develop all required test documentation of high quality (test plans, test cases, traceability matrix, checklists);
- Perform all required types of manual testing;
- Identify defects and impact on the solutions, follow up on the defects in their life-cycle;
- Be a critical eye. Spot deficiencies and escalate until successful resolution;
- To be part of Factory Acceptance Testing at the vendor’s test facility;
- Act as a quality assurance customer contact for the site;
- Be a customer point of contact for QA related issues/initiatives as needed;
- Other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested by a manager;
- To be ready for business trips.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manual testing experience;
- Good understanding of QA&QC, different testing types, test artifacts, a defect lifecycle;
- Understanding of SDLC and development methodologies;
- Knowledge of desktop, web testing;
- An ability to create and support tests documentation, and execute test runs;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving abilities and a strong passion to learn new things;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English language (speak fluently);
- Experience with project planning and tracking tools like TestRail, Redmine and Jira;
- SQL (basic knowledge).
